There are more than 10 container classification societies listed on International Code Council (ICC). BSL appointed classification societies are Lloyd’s Register (LR), Bureau Veritas (BV) & American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

- Shipping containers can be offered for Leasing / One Way Use by Amaline from South East Asia, USA, Turkey, UAE, Europe, etc. to most major port cities under request.
- Customers may load the container with their cargoes and make a one-way trip to the Amaline’s destination city. The delivery time is between 60-90 days (depending on the marine traffic).
- Customer will return the empty containers to either Amaline’s or the Buyer’s depot at the destination by truck.
- The containers must be picked up by the Customer within 14 days after arrival at the depot.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
- Invoices are issued before container delivery.
- Please contact us for a Buyer account application.
- Personal checks & money orders are not acceptable.
- All orders are final sales and non-refundable. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except for incorrect items sent.
- Each order cancellation and return will incur a cancellation fee, which is 20% of the total price, except shipping and handling fees.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning items for item exchange
- Exchange can only be entitled to goods valued the same amount or more.
- The Buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping agency proactively to collect your shipment upon receipt of notification from the shipping agency/ customs for undelivered shipment/ delivery being retained.
- Amaline will not assume liability for payment of customs duties, import taxes/ tariffs, customs seizures/ confiscations, local sales taxes, and or other applicable fees and taxes. Those charges will be incurred for goods being retained at Customs.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper customs clearance, import taxes/ tariffs, and customs seizures/ confiscations.
- One Way Use containers are delivered under temporary importation.
